Caviar
Connoisseurs rave about Dom Petroff’s subtle perfection – a light texture, never too hard or salty. To maintain our caviar’s delicacy, make sure you never freeze the caviar. You can refrigerate for two to three weeks unopened, but once opened, serve and enjoy immediately. To maximize enjoyment of the caviar, don’t serve with overbearing garnishes like lemon juice or chopped egg. If not eaten by itself, our light accessories are the perfect match to savor the flavor.
