Fish Roe
Only the eggs of a sturgeon can be classified as caviar, but Dom Petroff uses the exact same quality standards in the refining of our salmon roe and trout roe. Our roes are light in texture yet packed with flavor, with large, vibrant eggs that are as much a joy to look at as they are to eat. Like our caviar, our roes can be refrigerated for two to three weeks unopened, and once opened, serve and enjoy immediately.
