Shipping

All our deliveries come with a flat base rate of $30 for overnight delivery. If you require a signature to leave the product, there is an additional $3 charge. All Dom Petroff deliveries are done with FedEx. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All wine orders are shipped ground, separate from any Dom Petroff products you order. The pricing is per bottle - for 12 bottles or less, there is a flat fee of $13.50. For each stack of 12 bottles beyond that original 12, there is an additional $13.50 fee (13-24 bottles, $27. 25-36 bottles, $40.50). Also, certain states have an additional tax that applies only to the wine purchases - these are applied based on the shipping state, not the billing state.

Orders can be shipped as soon as the day after your order, depending on the selected delivery date. All orders are shipped Fedex Priority Overnight. Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance of the receipt date, and may be made only by telephone.

Due to limitations on weekend delivery, we can only deliver packages Tuesday-Friday. We are also unable to deliver on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Returns

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued. No returns will be accepted without this code. Once claim is received and accepted by Dom Petroff, we will automatically reship merchandise. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns.
